This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from PrimalVitamins.shop may be returned or refunded.

Returns

Products may be eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is in the same condition as received

For health and safety reasons, opened supplements or vitamins cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Once the return request is reviewed, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

After review, a replacement or refund may be provided when appropriate.
